15^th – 28^th August 2009

               Saturday 15^{th –} Museums Day – A choice of two museums from these - Natural History, Science, London Transport, Toy,

               Royal Albert Museum, or Museum of Childhood. Time permitting, we will end with a visit to Marble Arch, Oxford Street,

               Bond Street.

               Sunday 16^th – Royal Tour – From Admiralty to Hampton Court, Kensington to Pall Mall, St James Park and others. Feel

               the influence and affluence of the Blue Blood! Still got energy left? We will try our hands on Bowling or Ice skating on our

               return.

                Monday 17^{th –} Watersports Day - Lakeside Broadwalk, Watersports Centre, Cinema & Shopping.

                Tuesday 18^{th -} Coach Tour of London - Visiting Main Landmarks including Westminster Abbey,  Tower Bridge, London

                Bridge, Embankment, etc. Time Permitting - Madam Tussauds.

                Wednesday 19^{th -} Docklands Tour ^_ City Airport, Thames Barrier, Exploring Canary Wharf – DLR, Experience a

                Driverless Train.

                Thursday 20^{th –} Tourist London - Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly, China Town, Shaftsbury, Soho, Convent Garden &

                Shopping.

                Friday 21^st - Cruise on River Thames, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Harrods or Selfridges, Picnic (evening activity -

                Swimming if Time Permits

                Saturday 22^nd - Essex Outdoor and Activity Centre Day, Introduction to Youth Leadership, Problem Solving &

                Confidence Building.

                Sunday 23^rd – Politics Day - House of Parliament, Lords, Milbank, Whitehall, Local Government and a Town Hall, HMS

                Belfast – Bowling or Swimming - pm.

                 Monday 24^{th –} Tour of Greenwich, Experience Pedestrian Ferry Crossing, O2, Observatory.

                 Tuesday 25^th - Football Experience Day – West ham, Arsenal, Tottenham, Wembley, or Chelsea Football Club Visit &

                 Shopping.

                 Wednesday 26^th - City of London Day – Lets Talk Money, London Wall, Liverpool/Fenchurch Street, Barbican, City

                 of London, Bank of England Tour, Aldgate History.

                  Thursday 27^th - Legal London – Old Baileys, Holborn, Strand, Gray’s Inn, Chancery Lane & Temple and a stroll round

                  Parliament, Lords and along the Thames.

                  Friday 28^th August - Media Day - BBC White City & a Mystery Radio Station.
